Mama Afrika Nebbiolo 2020 Lowlands A very special bottle ofDESCRIPTION Made from 100% Nebbiolo, grown in sandy loam and weathered shale soils with controlled irrigation to manage vine stress. Canopies were carefully handled to ensure even sunlight exposure, and the grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness in early March. Fermentation was carried out in rotor tanks with regular turning every 46 hours over 67 days, followed by pressing and full malolactic conversion in the barrel. The wine matured for 16
