I wanted something to be ice breakers with the kids and I also wanted to be unique and fun. A brooch does all of that. Brooches are elegant, easy, unique and are for sure conversation starters. I think it's time they made a comeback. This piece is part of my cell collection. It's oxidized sterling silver and the cells do have some play so they flex a little. It's super gorgeous
