Lasso Motel Aged 4 Years Wheated Bourbon Bottle:1 This Chardonnay stayson the palateThis approachable bourbon from Lasso Motel Distillery blends a mash bill of corn, wheat and malted barley for a softer grain profile, fermented on site and distilled in a copper hybrid still. After a minimum four years in new American oak barrels hand charred to L3 specifications and stored in the distillery's rickhouses the bourbon develops classic notes of honeyed caramel, fresh baked biscuit and baking spice. The Bardstown climate's seasonal swings
