WARRANTY STATEMENT
Surface Wizard undertake the repair of damaged item/s or area/s of hard surfaces. Our service is designed to give you a quality finish that will last, as well as save you both time and money. Repair and/or resurfacing is an alternative to replacement.
Surface Wizard repairs have a warranty of ONE YEAR. The warranty covers flaking, peeling, and general failure of adhesion to the surface, subject to the following After Care conditions:
No abrasive cleaners are to be used on the surface.
Physical damage such as chips and scratches or mistreatment are not covered.
Staining caused from chemicals or dyes, is specifically excluded.
Heat exceeding 350 degrees or direct flame is not covered.
Problems caused from excess moisture, structural conditions or movement of the fixtures is not covered.
Please note that we cannot guarantee an invisible repair in all angles and all lights. This is due to the fact that any coating we apply will be molecularly different to the original surface we are repairing and thus can never be identical. Light will reflect off these two different products at different rates. Therefore from certain angles and in certain lights you may see it. We strive for the best possible repairs but to say we can always make a repair invisible is not true.
